We have some-one else very very interested in our house

They have only seen the outside, but know one of our neighbours, love the area, love the outside areas we have and want some photos sent up (we're thinking French/Portuguese) and they'll be coming down next week

So, they know the area, they know it's a 15 minute walk down to the beach, they know the houses...................

The other houses for sale on the urbanistation don't have the large outside areas we have, so that's a thumbs up

Our friends came round today and couldn't believe just how little we're asking for it - they thought about 275,000 - which it was valued at 4 years agio, but the recession and stuff
