Home made chilli. Definitely a night for something warm. :)

I was going to have something with a salad but ended up making a cheese & tomato pasta bake - comfort food! It is so cold and I have had to put the heating on once again :(

Hubby and I had Thai green curry and the kids had apricot chicken. It's the only meal I cook separately, as we love curry, but it's too hot for the kids. We are working on it though. It's not to bad though, it's the same ingredients right up until one tin coconut milk, and a tin of green curry mix, and the other dish gets a tin of apricots and a apricot food mix. Simples.

Bet bit, left overs for both tonight. Just have to make more rice. :D
