Adolf the pigeon.
I've mentioned him before, he's got a walk where one of his legs does a goose step.
MrsC was talking to Pat down the road today and apparently Adolf used to be David's pigeon. David being a neighbour who died a few years since.
The pigeon was hurt and in a bad way so David rescued it and nursed it back to health. As David had dementia for years before he died, goodness knows how old this makes Adolf.
How old do pigeons live to, does anyone know?

I'm really trying to keep the house cool.

I always have the windows open over night and then start closing them mid morning, and the shutters.

Grumpy has gone round and shut all the windows and turned the fan off

We're heading into the mid 40's for the next few days and the longer I can keep the house cool, the better.
