Morning Ally, morning everyone

Another lovely, warm day at 25C. Going to be rather blowy this afternoon though

And then we have six days of rain and showers

Off to Ourique to get my tootsies done and get a few bits and bobs.

Back to sort out the washing and other pootley stuff.

Off out to dinner tonight, with David and Rita, so looking forward to that.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning Ally and anybody else who is up.

It was only 14C when I got up. But no wind so it feels warmer. There are grey clouds but we should have sunshine.

Have got a phone call this morning with the doctor to disuss the results of my revent blood test.

Then I am going out to make vivists rather than phone calls. I prefer talking face to face.

If it is still nice this afternoon will do some more gardening.

Have a good day everybody.

Good morning everyone.

It is brightish but with high cloud cover and threatening to get to 17 °C this afternoon.

I need to go to Otley for a replacement Soda Stream gas cartridge. It has the nearest stockist now that Asda has stopped doing them. I could use the post but the cartridges are heavy and it would cost a fortune.

Never mind, a day out will not hurt.

Enjoy your day whatever you are doing. xx

Morning all.

It's a beautiful sunny day here again. Becky has a first aid course today and tomorrow for work, and I'm going out with Em. Mick's planning to paint the fence.

Have a good day everyone xxx

Morning all, it’s mostly dull here but pleasant here. We were very tired last night after our busy weekend, so were in bed before 10pm, so I feel restored after a good night’s sleep. SIL told us last night that he is leaving his job in June and taking a two month break. He would like to get out of the corporate world and explore other options and feels he should do this while still in his 40s. Being an accountant, he will have done his sums and have those months covered. He wants to spend the summer months with the children before they get much older and will look for another job at that time.

My brother is in hospital since yesterday, apparently his kidneys are “not good” whatever that means and he has very high levels of potassium - from what I can see, the two are related. Hopefully we will find out what is going on. My niece has set up a WhatsApp group to keep us all informed.

My body clock says it's still morning.
Not a bad day here.

MrsC has prepped a cottage pie, i've been to get a few bit that we need and now we will go over to Jim's bungalow and clear a few things out.

Morning all :D

Hot 8-)

Sorry to hear about your brother Osc x

Yesterday was a lovely day. The meal was extra tasty, we had different starters and puds, but both went for the catch of the day for mains. It was baracuda, garlic mash, veg and a really yummy sauce. I'm so glad we've booked for my birthday. Afterwards we had a nice coastal drive and boy down came the rain, it only lasts for 5mins or so, everything drys in less time than that, never ceases to amaze me. They call it liquid sunshine here 8-)

Back to the beach today, this lazy life suits me too well

Hope you all have a good day xx
