Morning Ally, morning everyone

Grey and not too cold, with yet more rain forecast

Off to Ourique after coffee, for the normal supermarket run. Back for breakfast and Grumpy needs a haircut.

I'll made the filling for the samosas today and might even attempt some cleaning. Another afternoon snooze, no doubt

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

It was only 11C when I got up. The sun is out with bluue sky nso it may get warmer.

I was sat having my bowl of cereal and cup of tea this morning whenI suddenly felt sick. Managed to get to the sink and a lot of flem came up.
Just went and sat on the couch in the lounge watching the news on TV. Must have dozeed off. But I still don't feel fully fit.
I am now sat in the little bedroom next to the radiator.
Will make a hot drink when I have finished up here. Obviously npt gping out. Will have to go out to bring the bins in. They have ben emptied.

Have a good day everybody.

Morning all, sun and cloud here but very cold, only 5c. I have a hair appointment at 11.30 and need to go and take out some money before that. I’ll do some ironing this afternoon and I have a dress that I need to hand wash.

Cruiser, that’s strange, hope you are feeling a bit better now, do look after yourself.

Hello all and good morning

Ally, enjoy the lazy day - you're days out are always so full on :-) Glad you had a lovely time with your friends
Jan, hope you get everything you need in Ourique and enjoy that snooze when you get to it. Don't overdo the cleaning ;-)
Cruiser, have you put the heating on in the house; you need to stay warm. Make sure you keep fluids up and also try eat something and remember to make sure your blood sugar levels are OK. Take it easy today and hopefully you'll feel a bit better as the day goes on
Osc, enjoy the haircut - always nice to be pampered; and don't overdo your afternoon of domestic goddess duties.

A dull start to the day here, but the sun is trying to come out. Another usual / usual for me today. I had an interview in London yesterday; and don't think it went very well - definitely one of the more odd ones I've had. It's actually quite weird; one of my very first jobs was working with a woman and I don't have very fond memories of that (nor her) and since have always preferred working with males. And throughout the years working in the finance industry, most encounters with senior females have not changed my view.... yet 90% of the interviews so far have been supporting a female. The universe is obviously trying to tell me something

Have a lovely day everyone x

Hair appointment for me this afternoon. It needs the usual colour and cut, but I'll tell Millie to give it a good one as I won't be seeing her till a week after we get back. Also need to pop into Boots, I always forget something lol

Hope you all have a good day xx

Yes, take it steady Cruiser and stay warm.
A cold day here today. MrsC is at our daughter's house and I'm just back from shopping.
i think it's a case of heating on and snuggle down here.
Have a good day everyone.

Afternoon everyone :)

Cruiser, take care! xx

Ria, good luck with that one XX

We’re up at the vets getting another test done on Fraggle - cortisol stimulation to see about the Cushings. Poor old boy. Earlier I was out with Em, while Mick got on with his art. The Wi-Fi is temperamental here, so will make this a short one!

Love to everyone xxx
