There was quite a spectacular accident here recently and someone caught it on their dashcam and uploaded it to Facebook.
An elderly lady driving a Range Rover hit the accelerator rather than the brake as she approached a roundabout, one with sloping sides, and she literally flew over the top and landed on the footpath opposite, taking out a telecom junction box in the process. By some miracle she didn’t hit any other cars and wasn’t injured.

Jo, there is a programme - Police Interceptors - and I think the clip (or one like it) is shown on one of their multi-action collages.
