Good morning.

Sunny and forecast 20°. 8-)

I'll go for my walk soon. :)

Very happily spend the day at home reading. :D

We've got a chicken for dinner with spicy wedges, salsa and salad. :P

TV tonight.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Grey and cold out there and not getting much better. Only 15C for us.

Another day if staying inside. Grumpy will hopefully get the washing machine back in place today and I can get some washing out.

Roast pork for dinner.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s quite sunny.

Joe’s on his way back from Jade’s and then we’re heading off to Manchester, kick off is 2pm.

Not much else planned for the rest of the day, though I’ll watch Call The Midwife.

I got Tom a lovely box of chocolates for his birthday yesterday from the chocolate shop, and John spent his voucher on some too. We had a couple each last night. One he’d chosen was called vanilla custard and we expected it just to have a vanilla truffle in it, which it did, but it also had some custard too. Probably one of the nicest chocolates I’ve ever eaten

Have a good day all :)

Morning all, it’s a damp drizzly day here and the outside temperature is just under 7c, plus it is rather windy. We had a bit of a lie on (9.30 is a lie on for us) and have yet to have our showers. We’re going dancing later on, the dance is 4-7pm, not our favourite time but we’ll suffer it ;) Then home to catch up with Dancing with the Stars Ireland, staying off social media so we don’t find out who has been eliminated.

Morning all :D

Woke up to a heavy frost, but it's bright and sunny now.

Had a phone call earlier, my Aunty Di died last night just short of her 99th birthday. She was married to my Mother's older brother Ron. Can hardly believe she's gone on for so long, she had dementia and was totally bedbound. She's been in a CH for well over 12yrs now and was the last of the relatives directly connected to my Mother. I've told her niece I'll let our side know, there aren't many left and I doubt any of us will be able to attend the funeral.

A lazy day for us, Chicken with veg for dinner, vanilla blancmange and lemon and lime jelly for pud.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Afternoon everyone :)

It's been a beautiful sunny day here - almost Springlike *knock wood that I haven't jinxed it* ;) We walked Fraggle and Daiz round both dock basins, after a bite of breakfast. Round to D's afterwards. Her new vacuum cleaner arrived while we were there, and Mick put it together for her - why won't men read the instruction booklet? :cute: :cute:

We came home and had lunch - the cottage pie I prepped yesterday - and I've just finished doing my nails. Decent telly on tonight, Dancing On Ice, then Call The Midwife followed by a new thing about Jane Austen. Right up my street :D .I

My condolences Jen x

Love to all xxx
