What's for dinner?

My attempt at a Greek salad was a hit - feta cheese, cucumber, green pepper, red onion, tomatoes, olives, croutons, olive oil and a splash of balsamic vinegar :D

Kaz when Bb and I went to Zante we were self-catering and had a Greek salad very nearly every single day for lunch :D
It was such a brilliant place, right opposite the pool was a vegetable shop, so late morning I'd toddle over and get one massive tomato, we'd have the pepper, onion, cucumber etc. We bought a big jar of olives and a little bottle of olive oil and the feta came from next door. We even bought a pack of herbs specially for marinating the feta :D
And we'd buy the lovely country bread, eat some with breakfast then tear up a staler bit to go under all the veg and soak up the oil and all that yummy tomato juice :D
We have it a lot in the summer and it's lovely but it's never quite the same :)

Back to tonight, it's a fast day for us but dinner's looking good :)
Chicken breast fillets, a pack of Morrisons med veg to roast, with a few small new potatoes (Only one for me, but Bb of course gets more calories) and a tomato, garlic & herby sauce :)
