Powercut update

They have been told they will get £190 off leccy bill.
Had to submit pics of wasted food and will be reimbursed replacement cost.
Submit pics of expenses (meals)etc ,may take up to 28 days for repayment.
Granddaughter was excited to switch on her bedroom xmas tree!

At least they are getting something, Vic, but nothing will ever repay the misery of days without lighting and heating during the coldest and darkest time of the year.
