Nice and sunny here this morning but rain forecast for later.

My throat still feels like I have swallowed razor blades but my ears feel better.

I am off to the allotment this morning and then pottering at home this afternoon. We are picking up the ginormous tent this evening!

Ironing for me, after bacon butties, then a little bit of gardening and then a scrummy dinner

Left over chicken breasts wrapped in presunto, with couscous, to which I'll add all sorts of things and salad.

And a glass of vinho tinto - can't beat it

A bit of shopping this afternoon, then a visit to the vets for Prince's annual check-up.

Morning all
It was a lovely bright sunny start here, since then we've had dark as night and a huge shower, at the moment it's clear again but more wet stuff to come.
Not a good start to the day, we had to go back to the vet first thing
A bad colitis attack, triggered by the blinking antler, which was meant to be fine for dogs with sensitive stomachs, but obviously not especially if they demolish it in a couple of days
On top of which I've really hurt my shoulder scrubbing the carpet

Anyway, enough of that and back to trying to Don't think I'll be doing much today now, will have to be careful with the shoulder so will have the cricket on and read

Good morning all, it's fairly dull here today, although at the moment the sun seems to be making an effort to appear. Michael is here, running around practising his putting and giving us regular updates on the time from his new watch I have a pot of soup on, and need to tackle some ironing, plus we have a busy weekend ahead so I must sort out what we will be wearing - staying with friends tomorrow night, so have to pack a little bag too! Mr. Osc and Michael are going to wash the windows apparently, so that means more rain then Sorry about your shoulder, Di - I'm going for physio on mine tomorrow, the doc thinks I have some kind of tendonitis. Afternoon all I'ma bit late on parade as I had to go for a blood test, then popped into town to buy a top to go with some leggings. Just a little tango ensemble for the weekend
Fil is with us and he is in fine form as usual...giving his thoughts on everything from the price of belly pork to his thoughts on religion
Sorry to hear about those of you with aches and pains, hope you ge some relief. Sorry Minnie is unwell Di, poor thing x
