Good morning.

Forecast lovely again. 8-)

Me and Señor Wiggins  are going for a bike ride.
Fantastic trails round here so spoilt for choice which one to choose.

Out tonight for a Thai meal as it's a friend's birthday. :D

Have a great day.

Morning both, morning everyone

Sunny and cloudy so far this morning and 5C cooler than yesterday. Now back to more normal December temperatures, especially at night.

Off to Ourique about 10.30, see the nurse then back to do stuff in the field. Tidy up and chop out around the trees I haven't cleaned around.

Bought some panados yesterday, so we'll have them, for dinner, after sitting outside, well wrapped up, with a beer or three.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s bright but cold here. Today I need to go to the post office, take out some money, post cards and also send family presents to my brother in Cork, he will distribute them. Also Edward and I have to assemble the gingerbread house for Michael and Kellie to decorate tomorrow. We enjoyed Kellie’s school Christmas concert last night, she played guitar with her class and did a great job. I always love these occasions. The church was crammed and noisy but the teachers made order out of the chaos and it was very heartwarming. Waiting for a package to be delivered today, due between 1-2pm, DPD are pretty reliable. Going to dance class tonight.

Well that was a waste of time

Saw the nurse who said I had to see a doctor first, for them to decide what needs to be done. Told her that I'd had one done before there, but she wouldn't even look at it

No point trying to get an appointment for this afternoon, so I'll head back in on Sunday, early and get it sorted then.

Blowing a very brisk breeze, which has brought the temperature down, so I'm not going outside to work, too cold.

A lazy day then  :Hi:

Morning all :)

Wet, but the sun's trying to come out, shhhh I said that yesterday and we had torrential rain all afternoon!!

Enjoy the bike ride Ally.
Shame your granddaughter can't visit before Christmas Cruiser, but it will be lovely for you to see her sometime in the New Year.
How annoying the nurse wouldn't look at it Jan, hope you can get it sorted on Sunday xx
Kellie's Christmas concert sounds lovely Osc, I always enjoy occasions like that too.

No plans for today, finished all the wrapping and Ed delivered cards to the neighbours so think we're all done now. Mind you I say that every year, but always find something I've forgotten to do

Hope you all have a good day xx

Afternoon everyone :)

Was out early to have a pre-Christmas cuppa with my friend J, then walked up to D's to meet Mick for lunch. Found to P's after that, P is a lovely lady whose daughter is one of our neighbours. She asked Mick to do a portrait of her daughter's pug and another of her friend's dog for Christmas, and invited us to bring them round, and we stayed for a cuppa - she was delighted with them :) P owns the most beautiful bungalow, she's got it all "just so" :D I must be getting old as I have serious bungalow envy!

Ally, Don will have to grow his sideburns then! ;) xx

I hope you enjoy the party tomorrow, Cruiser :) xx

Sorry the nurse was so difficult with you Jan  xx

It all sounds very Christmassy and fun at yours lately, Osc :D xx

There's always something last minute, isn't there Jen? xx

You'll be swinging from the chandeliers by tomorrow, Saundra ;) :) xx

Have a good evening everyone :) xx
