Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 27 Aug 2023, 05:35

Good morning.

Joy of joys! Forecast 33° today with similar for the coming week. Farewell furnace heat.

I'm off for a walk shortly. :D

Back for a swim and a general pool day reading. :D

Takeaway roast chicken and salad.

Have a great day.

How's E Osc? xx

Back from my walk and what an absolute pleasure it was to be out and not being fried to death!

Yesterday was unbearable heat so hopefully, fingers crossed, that's the end of that and we can enjoy normal temps. :Hi:

Morning everyone

Bit blowy this morning and lovely and cool :Hi: Grumpy has just complained about the cold and put a t-shirt on

Feeling a little fragile this morning - no, no the brandy ;) but around my left eye. Taken a couple of painkillers, so so that should sort it. But I can give you the names of the stones in the field, if you want - bluddy amazing to be able to see, for some-one who has worn glasses for the last 50 years :Hi:

Having a really lazy day today, Grumpy will do the watering of the smaller plants and he will cook on the bbq later. I'll do any prep, once I find whatever in the freezer.

Morning all :)

Oh that's much better, Ally :D xx

Have a good day, Cruiser xx

Jan that's great news! :D xx

It's dry here, but cloudy, and there's a real feel of early autumn in the air :? The usual Sunday stuff here - breakfast at Corretto's, maybe a walk round the water with Fraggle if it stays dry, then round to see D. Chicken with spicy wedges and salad for dinner.

Have a good day everyone :) xx

Morning all, it’s dull and dreary here and rain is on its way. Edward is still unwell, but there seems to be a little improvement. He managed a small bit of porridge earlier on. Another quiet day for me, we were supposed to go dancing this afternoon but needless to say, that won’t be happening. I’ll read, do some jigsaw, paint my nails. I’ve taken some chicken breasts and mashed potato out of the freezer so that there is something light for Edward to eat if he feels up to it later.

Morning all :D

Lovely sunshine 8-)

Hope your eye settles soon Jan xx
Poor Edward, hope he continues to improve as the day goes on Osc.

We had a nice long lie in this morning, makes up for all our early starts this last week. Don't intend to do much today, roast chicken and salad for dinner this evening and ice cream for pud.

Hope you all have a good day xx
