Afternoon all, it’s dull and humid after a sunny start.

I walked Bill first thing and then went for a 3 mile run/walk. It wasn’t pleasant in the humidity but needs must

John’s booked today and tomorrow off so he’s gone to the Peak District today to do some mountain biking. He used to ride several times a week (he and a group of cycling friends even went to Spain on a mountain biking holiday at one point) but got out of the habit. He went on a ride with a friend from the group he used to ride with a couple of months ago and was buzzing when he got back and within an hour he’d decided to buy a new and better bike so he’s been going out weekly since getting it.

Kaz, looking forward to hearing all about the wedding, it looked absolutely beautiful from the pics on Facebook :D

Have a good day all :)
