

I'm so fed up with the company that has Grumpy's private pension.
Every year, we have the same problem. We get certified copies of his passport and an electric bill - which costs us 20 euros each time - send them off, yes, he's still alive and kicking.
And every year, we have to go through the same rigmarole as they lose papers. This last tax year, we've had to do it three times

And every time, we get a different person, asking for the same thing.
So I fired off an e-mail to the CEO this morning and Grumpy has just had a video call with one of the managers and it's all sorted
