I am having a battle with TV licensing trying to set up a monthly direct debit. Have sent several letters and two forms and two cheques with my bank
details on. Even tried to makr a phone call but put the phone down as I could not understand the person who answered the call after waiting several
minutes.

Have complained to O2 about apoosible increase in the monthly charge by sending an email to CEO. Have got a reply within a week reducing
the increase which I have accepted.
