I’m out having a bite, with Mick. I met my friend J for a cuppa this morning then had a bit of a mooch round until the appointment for my flu jab at 12.40, then walked up here to the Quays. Just about to leave to pop round and see D. No Zumba tonight as Em has a tummy bug and I don’t want to go on my own.
