Rang the state pension people, had to hang on the line for a while, but spoke to a very nice ex-teacher who asked a few questions, told me how much state pension I would be getting and that was it :shock: :shock: :Hi: :Hi:

I'd spent ages trying to remember dates of employment, since I was 16 - a very long time go :lol: But he didn't want that at all. When we got married, when I left my last job and when I left England.

I won't be getting the full pension, as I retired at 47, but still happy enough with what I'll get.

Roll on August :lol: :lol:
