Joe’s been in bed all day, yesterday it was just a sore throat that he had but today it’s the full blown body aches, head ache and feeling cold as well. My lft this morning was fainter than yesterday’s and I’ve just done another out of curiosity and it was negative.
I've hoovered, done two loads of washing and made a birthday card as our friend Eve is 25 next week, not sure where the years have gone. Tom’s 25 two days after her. It only feels like last week that me and Ruth were taking them to Tumble Tots together.
The afternoon has been spent crocheting. I started making a baby blanket a couple of weeks ago and I was about a third of the way into it…and little Daisy, our newest great niece, was born this morning so I thought I’d better get on with it
It’s now about half way finished. Tom’s planning on going down during half term (the week after next) so it needs to be done by then. Thankfully crochet works up quickly

Hope the funeral went as well as it could Frank, I’d not heard of any cremation restrictions around here.
