Getting colder by the minute here

What a grim day!!! It's been foggy and grey since first 'light' - I say light, but it's hardly been light since daybreak! We had a walk planned with my brother and his wife, both well into their 70s but both extremely fit - they didn't cancel so we met them where we'd planned (I sent K, SIL, a what3words link to our meeting spot, neither of us are au fait with it but we managed to be at the correct place anyway!!) Had a lovely, if very muddy walk, just over 3 miles along the river at Witton-le-Wear, and then a short foggy drive to a cafe for a warm through and a bacon sandwich - not seen them since August so thoroughly enjoyed the catch up!! We're popping to D's tonight to see the g/kids, not spent a lot of time with them over Christmas.

Since returning home I am looking online for an outfit for Amy's wedding- it's only just over 5 weeks away!! How did that happen?? I have got down to three possibles....might post some links on another board
