If got the fish fingers ready but it's a bit cold for a dip in the sea
Sil in Cardiff just messaged she was going to her middle son,for tomorrow but he's just messaged to say there daughter has a positive test result home from university
So,she's going to eldest son who wife has just had big operation and is quite poorly

Afternoon everyone

Up early again as H needed M to give him a lift to work, and (for my sins) I decided to go to the weigh-and-go session at Slimming World! I was glad I did as I had lost a couple of pounds, which gives me a bit of leeway for Christmas After that we went out for brekkie, Fraggle in his “Popemobile” We popped in on D on the way back for a slice of cake, and a pigs ear Since getting back I’ve got a joint of beef slow cooking in the oven and am having a cuppa before starting on the base for my trifle. Some worrying news from extended family but I will post separately about that.
