Good morning Sunday

Good morning from lovely Nerja. :D

After a full English brekky we'll have a walk along the coast then head back home.

We're meeting up with a couple of friends this afternoon and I'll pick up a roast chicken asado to save cooking later.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Sunny morning and not that cold.

Washing machine working away. We're due a wet week, so thought I'd change the bedding this morning, save it hanging around all week, not drying 8-)

Will water the new plants we put in yesterday and pull up any weeds I see.

Apart from that, not a lot.

Enjoy Nerja Ally x

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning Ally, Jan and everyone.

We have thick freezing fog here and the street lights are still on.

I am up and about because the binmen were round just after 7 on their Christmas schedule; black bins today, green bins from Wednesday, then nothing till the New Year. It usually works so that the bins are empty for all the wrappings and boxes and so on.

Nothing at all planned so just a bit of internet and reading. An easy day.

Stay warm and safe the rest of you. xx

Good morning all, it’s a bit murky out there but I see little bits of blue sky. We have been mulling over buying a new laptop for a while and getting rid of our two old ones. Finally made the decision last night, reserved it this morning and I will be off out to Currys in a while. In the meantime, Edward is going to make the Christmas cake, and also start on moving stuff off his laptop on to our external hard drive. On my way home, I might pop into Home Focus to get buttons for the cardigan I was knitting for Kellie, which I have finally finished, yay! I was going to get them tomorrow but I might as well get them while I am out today. I’ll also drop a parcel to Miss Osc which was delivered here on Friday. Then back home to do not much for the rest of the day.

Morning all.
Grim grey and foggy here too.
MrsC has been to see her Uncle Jim. He always has a new ailment, today it's his elbow.
Just watching the cricket atm. Joe Root has just been struck in the groin for the second time today. I suspect he's had better days.
Oh and now it's definite, he's out.
Not much on here. No walk for me today so just reading and tv.
Have a nice warm day.

Morning all :D

Looks as though it's been raining, still dull and overcast

Enjoy Nerja Ally.
Don't overdo it in the garden Jan.
We never see binmen at the weekend WM.
Hope you like the new laptop Osc.
No much happening here either Crommers.

Absolutely loved the Strictly final, both of them were amazing, a fabulous ending to a great series.

Usual quiet Sunday for us, roast chicken with veggies for dinner later, strawberry blancmange and blackcurrant jelly for pud.

Hope you all have a good day Image

Afternoon everyone.

Out early for breakfast. Doreen's after that. Dropped H at Church, Mick's just gone to pick him up. Chicken and roasties for dinner. Wrapped a couple of presents. It's foggy here, and has been all day - brrr!

Love to all xxx

Had a very pleasant few hours, wandering around the garden. The sun was out and although it was blowing a hooley, I didn't need a jacket.

Sheep and donkeys happy :Hi:

I normally put some decs on the front window ledges, but have brought them inside, as we're in for a very wet week, apparently.

Clouding over now, so we'll go inside and light the fire, batten down the hatches. Although we have interior shutters, so that helps :D
