It is foggy here, one lamppost fog! There is no breeze so it looks set in for a while.

I have absolutely no idea what to do today. The shopping and washing was done yesterday. I only do 'iron and wear' so ironing is out. Housework, what's that?

I might have a go at putting some decorations and lights up just to show willing.... not that I really want to as it does not feel very festive this year. Maybe Marley's ghost will turn up for a chinwag.

Morning all, it’s another pleasant looking day. We’ve been a bit lazy this morning after a busy few days. However, I’ll be wrapping presents for the Cork family and preparing them for posting. Also I need to get prescriptions. Apart from that, no big plan for the day. We had great fun at our Christmas social dance last night, and the couple who hold the regular Friday social are thinking about how to work around the new restriction which says events must end at 8pm until the end of January. Right, time for my shower >>>>>>

Really must start some pressie wrapping today, will try to pace myself, I tend to get in a bit of a mess with the sellotape these days Ed's in charge of the bed change, expect we'll both collapse and watch a film this afternoon.

Really looking forward to the Strictly final this evening, this series has been wonderful. Both finalists are brilliant and both deserve to win, but our hearts are with Rose and Gio.

Good afternoon - very pleasant here; sun's out, but quite chilly outside.

No soccer for the Ostrich this afternoon - see the thread in the Shed.

Instead, we'll be preparing and chopping vegetables for storage in the fridge after a mammoth shopathon yesterday - we're all stocked up for Christmas now.

Oh, and the lateral flow testing kit I ordered online from the Gov't website actually last week turned up in the post today ....

Early start here, SW meeting first thing, then Correttto's for breakfast, dropping H off at work an route Took Fraggle with us, in his Fraggmobile Doreen's, after that Since getting home we've got the rest of the decorations sorted, we've had the tree up for a while, and the lights on the trees outside, but now the wreath is on the front door, and I have a few of my bits and pieces out It looks nice and festive
