Morning Saundra, morning everyone

The sun is out and the wind has dropped a little - almost blew me over yesterday  so it feels warmer, but still long trousers and sleeves weather

Off to the joy that is Pingo soon and they had better have some affordable water or complaints will be made :cute: Stopping at Chris and Lucy's ton the way back, to make sure the pool is okay.

Do the watering when we get back and we're treating ourselves to a cooked breakfast 8-)

After that, no idea. Hopefully get in the pool, if the wind isn't too bad.

Vibes to Ally, dad and family xx

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning everybody,

The sun is coming out but it must have rained in the night. Going shopping soon and then have ironing to do. Changed the sheets on the bed so I will have
to wrestle with them.
Then just pootling.

More vibes for Alyy and her family.

Morning all.
Lots of vibes for Ally and her family.
A grey and wet morning here in West Yorks this morning.
Just back last night from a holiday in Sandsend, which I really enjoyed after worrying that I wouldn't. Even the weather was kind.
Every time I drive through North Yorkshire I marvel at what a beautiful county it is.
Not much doing today apart from a nice chicken dinner.
Have a good day all.

Morning all, it started off dull but is brightening up now. Edward got up just after 6.30 to watch the golf from Tokyo, Rory McIlroy just missed out on bronze. As usual, no plan for the day. Edward has made apple jelly using juice we had in the freezer and I’ve been pottering about. Glad you had a good holiday, Crommers.

Morning all :D

Overcast again, we're probably in for more showers

Thinking of Ally and family xx

Glad you enjoyed your holibobs Crommers.

We had a busy day yesterday. E did more gardening while I pressure washed the front. It's about three times as big as the patio so took a lot longer, but it's lovely and clean now. Mind you I was so dirty by the time I finished I had to get back in the shower :o We're both suffering a bit today.

Roast chicken and salad for dinner later, raspberry jelly and blancmange for pud. We're planning a nice easy day watching the Olympics, more medals yeah :D :D :D

Hope you all have a good day xx

Afternoon everyone, it’s dull and quite cool here.

Bill took me on a different walk this morning. He decided against the common and woods and instead led me through the estate, down the lane and then up the pit mound. The winding walk along the paths up the side of it was great but oh how I appreciated the 100+ steps to the very top just after 7am :?

The four of us went out for dinner yesterday, it was so lovely and normal and the food was gorgeous. This afternoon’s plan is a walk around Birmingham, Joe’s off to Amanda’s shortly (he and John are just back from an 8 mile run), so it’ll be me, John and Tom.

Tom came back from North Devon on Friday, it took them almost 9 hours! He said that everywhere is so very busy. He’s used to holidaying in that area and said that he never saw it that busy when we used to go to Bude and that was always over the August Bank Holiday week!

Just about to serve up roast chicken and all of the trimmings.

So glad you enjoyed your holiday Crommers!

Have a good day all!

Afternoon everyone :)

Just the usual Sunday stuff here. We were out early dropping B at work, stopped off at Corretto's afterwards, now we're round at D's with Fraggle. I have a new SW curry sauce to try, for chicken curry later. Forgot to get the thigh fillets out of the freezer earlier, but they can defrost in the microwave.

Hope everyone is having a good day xxx
