I'd be another one to be a bit wary, TBH - I've had some pretty rough kebabs in my time .....
Each to their own conscience, of course, but I would always try to avoid any meat that was halal. In fact, constant reports of farming / animal cruelty has, over the years, tended to send me more down the vegetarian route - we still eat meat, but nothing like as frequently, and we also try and make sure it's locally sourced. Certainly with take-away curries or Chinese, we'd always choose the vegetarian options these days. So it would be a veggie vindaloo, WM!
