Just back from our local Morrison's
Bought 2x 250 be of mince around £4 something
Checked my receipt £15.62
Went to customer service and her till did exactly the same.after much head scratching finally refunded me £10.99

Must have been a faulty barcode?

I once had a 6 pack of skimmed milk put through as 6 x 6 packs of skimmed milk, but that was the cashier's fault. Mind you, I didn't notice until I was sat in the car and thinking "that was a big bill ... "
Customer services put it right, but only after we had to go and speak to the cashier so customer services could be convinced I wasn't trying to pull a fast one ....
