Good afternoon all, the time is running away with me lately!

All of Tom's holiday washing is done anyway. He had a great time in Fez (and brought a couple of hats back ). I've got some lovely spices to try out, they smell amazing

Crommers, they do sound a strange family I hope the poor girl can get some help.

Saundra, like Kaz said, have some decaf. Or maybe have a slice of lemon in your water to make it a bit more interesting?

Time is running away with me too! I heard early this morning that one of our gym ladies became a granny for the first time during the night. I had knit a little cardigan but needed to sew it up and put on the buttons, so I did that this morning before going to the gym. She was delighted with all our interest and congratulations, she was widowed very young, I don’t think her son was even five, so becoming a granny is extra special for her. After that, it was into the cafe and another lady, who broke her leg three months ago and is having a very slow fight back to full use, came to join us - her husband dropped her over and I brought her home. I think she enjoyed the chat and catch up. Edward has been to play golf and got home just after me. He is not feeling that well, some sort of tummy thing that has not bothered him for quite some time, so he is tired and a bit cranky. It is a nice day, a bit cloudy but nice and warm.

Oh, and the builder is not coming next week after all, which really takes pressure off the holiday clothing preparations
