Morning all. Its cold out there again - but much warmer than yesterday. We had a smattering of snow overnight but nothing much.

Work for me until around 1pm today. I am pretty busy today - I was out of the office all day yesterday and this morning have to get ready for my meetings tomorrow. But my line manager has chosen today to come up and train me on a new system she wants me to use (all to do with answering overspill calls from our head office). I have tried to explain that I won't have time to answer the phones tomorrow as I am in meetings all day, on Thursday I won't be answering them as I am typing up my minutes from the meetings and then I am on leave for a week. By the time I get back I will have forgotten what I am supposed to do so wouldn't it be better for me to have the training when I get back. But she knows best.

No plans for this afternoon or this evening.

Warm with the sun hiding at the moment but promising to appear.

Lots to do round the house this morning.

Glad I've got work later as Don has decided to retile our en-suite.
For such a mild mannered man he swears profusely as soon as DIY comes into his life.

I might kick him out tonight to watch the Barca game so's I can revel in peace and quiet with Masterchef.

It's dry and bright here but absolutely f-f-f-f-freezing, Minnie's bucketful of water is one complete block of ice.
I shall be doing my best to ignore the weather as Bb's working at home today so I'm freeeeeeeee

Debih hopefully it will be simple enough that you'll remember, although your plan sounds more sensible
Ally it seems to be compulsory, I'd be staying out of the way too

Morning everyone Another freezing cold day here as well I currently have a hot water bottle on my left shoulder/neck as it's playing up again..............cold weather doesn't help Not sure what I'm up to today - probably taking it easy, we have a long day tomorow visiting Nottingham to look round the university for Becks. She's better today thankfully and back at college, so it can't have been the flu......

Good afternoon all. It's still bitterly cold here today. Brrrrr!

I went to the gym, came home and walked Billy over the common and then came home to no internet. I forgot that today was the day that Virgin were doing some 'essential maintenance' in our area. I'm now back online and I don't want to get too excited but since it's come back on we're getting speeds averaging 4.5mbps when we usually get less than 2.
