Hello. Shopping all done and on my tod now. Well, just me and the cat and he's not much of a conversationalist to be honest.

MrsC, daughter and sister-in-law have all toddled off to MrsC's rich cousin's house. Rich cousin has four dogs , three children (one of whom has a Russian boyfriend) and a husband. And a nice house.

Billy must be a very fit dog Jo, and I'm glad you are feeling a bit better Saundra.

Evening all, we have been out today - for Christmas, Miss Osc gave us tickets for the musical "Big" so we met them for brunch near the theatre then went to the matinee. Jay Mc Guinness, who won Strictly in 2015, was starring and Michael was very excited about seeing him. The show was good, if a little long, and Michael really enjoyed it. Afterwards, we went to the fairly posh hotel across the road for a drink - hot chocolate for Michael, hot chocolate with amaretto for Mr Osc, a "marshmallow martini" for Miss Osc, a pint of Guinness for SIL.....oh and exciting old me had green tea We came home by train as they were collecting Kellie from SIL's sister and would not have room in the car for us. So a nice end to the Christmas period

He's been visiting this afternoon. We took Tom back to university and the plan was then to visit my parents so Bill came with us. I was going to run into Tom's flat to collect the suitcase he'd used when he went back last weekend so John said he'd come over with Billy and stand outside. Of course, when Tom's flat mates knew that he was outside they all had to come out and say hello
