I've never heard of such a thing, and I'm not sure that it is such a good idea. Explain.

Aggers, for some reason children and teenagers seem to use half a loo roll on a visit I have no idea why, what they do with it and why they stop at a later age, but it's what they do.

I've installed a loo roll holder that limits the amount of loo paper that is dispensed. It's working well.

It's quite ingenious. It's just a normal bar that goes through the roll, then there is a shiny metal flap that goes over the roll. Looks pretty. But as you pull out past 3-4 sheets, it breaks along the tear line at the flap. All to do with the angle of the paper as it is being pulled out.
