When we flew to Florida from Manchester we stopped off at Newfoundland and mum was first in the queue at the airport toilets!

Goose or Gander bay, I am guessing.

You have to be quick because it is freezing up there and you could end up with an icicle or three.

Flew back from Goose in a Herc with the rear door open because of the kit - thirteen hours. The bog was near the door but nobody used it, but there were a few amber coloured water bottles lying around when we disembarked at Brize.

Kaz...so sorry, don't know how I missed this Very emotional for you, I remember Miss Osc going off to America, so understand how you feel. Hope you get some sleep but I bet you won't really relax until she has arrived safe and sound xxx

Only just heard about an hour ago, but yes she is there, all safe and sound and says all seems great I did sleep, but woke a few times wondering if there was a message We never seem to stop worrying about them, do we? Well I don't anyway Hoping for a better sleep tonight

Well the getting there is over and now the adventure begins proper!

No Kaz we really don't ever stop worrying about our offspring, it's what happens when we bear children IMO, they remain a part of you for ever xxxxxxxx
