Ally you have me in total awe!! I can manage a couple of fells and smaller mountains in the Lakes but this sounds hardcore! We also encountered cyclists going down at one point, both of us stood mouths agape, as you say those paths are rocky and narrow, plus hpw the hell did they get up there WITH BIKES???!!! It's hard enough climbing with poles (whch I bet you didn't have to use)

Hate to say it buy it usually hits me the day after the day after.....watch out tomorrow!!

Well done both of you. You obviously don't suffer from vertigo or altitude sickness. I hate heights so 3 steps up a ladder is enough for me! You must also be super fit. Perhaps you should try riding your bikes up next time?!
