@ Kaz!I woke feeling a teeny fraction improved, enjoyed my shower, although I didn't have a great night's sleep - I'm in Miss Osc's room now, when we are both ill, we find it better that we be miserable separately
However, while I have gone back to bed each morning since Thursday, I thought I was well enough not to today and dozed in the chair. Mr. Osc eventually went back to bed for a few hours. Then I decided to go and do a bit of shopping and felt so nauseous in the local shop that I thought I was going to throw up 
So it was back to bed for the afternoon. I've looked up the antihistamine that the doc gave me and that's one of the possible side effects, so I think tomorrow I will not take it and see how that goes. Still not eating, but I'm going to try some gently scrambled egg and some toast in a while, before settling down to watch Got to Dance on Sky One at 6pm. There's a lovely young Irish couple on, Vitaly and Molly (well, obviously he's not originally Irish ) and they are the top junior couple in the country and doing very well in England and abroad also - they are lovely, he's Russian so quite stern and serious, but Molly is a bright bubbly girl who has brought him out of himself a lot. Watch it if you have a chance, they are well worth seeing (and voting for )Poor Michael is not that well, has a temperature and a cough, I feel so guilty because he probably got it from us
