Jeeez Wm, never mind the total waste of money, the utter incompetence and plain lack of common sense, imagine what all that does to people less strong or able to stand up to them
Well done you though xx

Well done Frank....like Di, I despair at the incompetence and lack of common sense in so many areas of life now, both public bodies and private companies. You have to be like a dog with a bone - I finally sorted out our bill for a non-existent electricity meter, but it took a year. Mr Osc will be retired four years in May, yet we still get post from An Post addressed to him as postmaster at this address. Just two examples and no way as serious as your case, but this sheer inefficiency is invading all areas of life.

Well done you - and yes, keep everything, all the papers etc, for a long long time.

Well done, Frank.

I admire the way you handled this matter.
It's a pity you can't now claim for some sort of compensation for all the hassle you've had.
