Gal, sending hugs ((((((x)))))) It must have been a shock to lose your ex SIL like that, and I'm glad T can go with you.

I hope the cortisone injection helps his foot, I believe PF is incredibly painful! Lovely for Amy to be on the property ladder so young, what a lucky girl! Living so close to London my Chris has resigned himself to having to rent ad infinitum, even with his savings and the money I gave him it just isn't enough - not just on a single income even though he is well paid :?

Thank you Kaz....it has hit me a lot harder than I thought, I have known L for a very long time, over 30 years :(

Amy is lucky, T has sold it for less than he would if it had gone on the open market. And she didn't need to save for a deposit, as apparently when it's a family sale like that, whatever the house is valued at, against what he asked for, is offset. Plus where it is, it's not a 'nice' village tbh....but hey ho, that's what she wants so good luck to her! It's such a shame for C.....Jen is similar, and looks to be here for a loooooong while yet :|

No, up to now T has had no improvement for the pain in his foot :( He's very despondent, as he feels like he has wasted all this week sitting about (and he is VERY trying!!!) and although he was told it could be up to 48-72 hours before he felt any benefit, he hasn't :( He's going to return to work on Monday regardless and will bring the dogs bck from the farm tomorrow.

Let us know how the zumba class goes - sounds fun! :)

((((((((((((Osc)))))))))

Thanks Gal, I will let you know :)

Well Amy is a lucky girl, as that first step is the crucial one. I think B would be living here for quite a few years, same as your Jen, if she hadn't got Canada in her sights! The way she is talking I think she would like to settle out there - great for her, but I will miss her!!! :o :(

Poor Tom, hope he's better soon, for you sake as much as for his! xxx
