I made multiple salads on say night. Pasta salad with a tomato dressing, another pasta salad with mixed beans, salmon and a light not quite creamy dressing, a green salad with baby spinach, tomatoes, feta, olives, carrot, spring onion and cucumber, then a cous cous and raisin one, a potato salad with miss peckys eggs, and Erm actually I think that was all.
I make a dressing of baslamic and olive oil, I keep it in one of those oil pourer bottles. I like the idea of the white wine vinegar one too. Might make that up into another bottle I have.
An no, the kids didn't eat them, only the first pasta and tomato one.
