You are right Pederito, and I truly appreciate everyone's words of comfort, there were times when As a family we went private in needed on our return home, but circumstances change. I must say that our Renton unit in Hereford is absolutely marvellous and my treatment there was first class. My problem has been more psychological following my horrendous experience with the idiot lout who carried out my cataract removal. "Top consultant at that". Time he retired!!!

Loving thanks to you all for your thoughtful posts. Sorry I have doubled up here. Could not fault the procedure yesterday
It is lengthy but necessary and we are lucky to have a country where it is available . Was thankful to have Gus my daughter with me who was her usual good self hanging around for the four hours it took plus driving there and back. Left home at eleven.. Home at five.. In bed at six!!!xxxx
