I can't get motivated

I've made breakfast, washed up, made the bed, swept up outside, watered the plants....................

Kaz, cheese, onion and bacon flan, with steamed, small potatoes and a salad :D

Kaz don't know about the stomach but did you maybe get up too quickly?
My dad used to pass out if he didn't get up slowly (a lifelong thing, not old age). Let's hope it's 'one of those things', never to happen again xx

Di, that's what D said :D 8-) I'm sure it will be ok, thanks everyone :)

Jen, H is eating me out of house and home too :D  8-)

Di, shame about the sandals, you can bet if you weren't looking for any you would have spotted some  ;)

Debih I'm glad that L had a brilliant time :D

Ton that sounds lovely, quiche, new spuds and salad are a firm fave here! :D

Well it's been a good day so far! H and I found a suitable tennis racquet, for his upcoming course, for only £17 on sale in J D Sports (I was anticipating having to pay a lot more) we had a nice lunch in town, then a very pleasant couple of hours sat in D's nice garden. Then we dropped B and H off at home, so they could let the dogs into the garden, while we did the weekly shop! Gosh I do love Morrison's! Despite having H to feed, plus buying extra stuff for the BBQ tomorrow, our bill still only came in at just over £80, taken down to £65 by a "Spend £80 and get £10 off" voucher and then I already had a £5 off voucher! :D :D  We have saved so much money by switching from Sainsbury's! :geek: :geek: :geek: Oh and another £5 off voucher came out of the printer for next time accompanied by week one of their summer saving offer - spend over £40 per week for four weeks and get £15 off your next shop!!

Lol Debih was one bath enough? :)

Kaz that's brilliant at Morrisons; I'd go more but it's in the next town so about 12 miles round trip. Plus it's quite small...not practical for a regular shop.

We did well at W/rose though, spotted them reducing the hot chickens, down to £2.29 each :)

Been having a nice day, two lovely walks, unexpected visit from a good friend who is over from Boston, delish dinner of duck breast, broccolli and a few chips, followed by a new find, some yummy non-diary ice cream. I have all the stuff ready to go away tomorrow and I just need to do my nails while binge watching a few episodes of West Wing. Weather turned out nice too, in spite of a poor forecast.

That's a shame Di, but it would be totally impractical for you! That chicken is a good deal 8-)

Saundra yes, I love their Deli and the other Market Street counters :D Such nice fresh stuff 8-)

Hi Osc, that sounds delicious 8-) 8-)

Huge good luck for tomorrow Osc, hope it goes well - you'll certainly look fantabulous :) xx

Had half the chicken tonight so will decide tomorrow, might blow the rest on yummy sarnies :D
Going totally against Waitrose's very cautious gidelines of 'we do advise you eat this on the day'  :P

The more she's chilled out from getting home, the more she's raved about it. She said there were something's she wanted to do but there was not enough time to do everything.

When I got home at back from picking S up from work, L was fast asleep on her bed cuddled up to the dog.

She was saying that two sub camps got a stomach bug so were confined to their camps for two days. Sad for them but amazing that the organisers managed to contain it. L said there were hand sanitisers everywhere and the toilet blocks (loads of them) were cleaned every hour! Those organisers deserve a medal.
