Happy birthday to J Ally, glad Don got there in time to spend the day with her.

Wow debih that sounds like a busy weekend. Not sure about the tents though, I'd definitely have to go home to my 'proper' bed too

Not much planned for today, we've had a very lazy lie in and just about to have brekkie. Will probably give the house a blitz afterwards, it definitely needs it. Might treat ourselves to a late lunch/early dinner somewhere later this afternoon.

That's the sort of thing I do Saundra! I was convinced my dental check up in Cheltenham was this Friday, I even arranged to meet my friend Ruth for lunch afterwards. They rang yesterday to confirm my Wednesday appointment So I've rescheduled the dentist as I don't want to have to schlepp over to Cheltenham twice in three days, and I really want to have lunch with R, who I haven't seen for ages

Evening all, been a beautiful summer day here and I enjoyed sitting on our terrace in the sun. We had a guy from the local garden centre come and have a look at the terrace and advise us on plants etc. He had some good ideas, so we are waiting to get a quote from him. Will probably go out for an evening stroll shortly, it's such a lovely evening. Hope everyone had a nice day
