Kaz, today and Sunday are meant to be wet, but Saturday dry... I'm really hoping that's right :D

Ally, please do send some sunshine, regardless of how its sent.... we may forget otherwise what it looks like

Morning all.

Another one suffering the rain. Got woken by a clap of thunder at about 6 and could not get back to sleep.

Test match due to start at Headingley today. It's just down the road and I think is might be delayed.

Morning all :D

Only just surfaced, still recovering from all the activity with the boys the last couple of days

Safe journey home debih.

We're off to M&S later this morning, noticed Di's post about the 5 day sale so have an order to pick up. Will probably detour to Tesco on the way back, need to do a big stock up of fresh veggies etc.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning :)
Dull here, cold, very windy, supposed to be raining but it isn't yet...still saying it should clear this afternoon - and yes tomorrow nice :D
Wm toss delayed, is there any hope for play today?

We tried to be good. Before enjoying a decent cup of coffee we loaded the garden stuff into the car - Mr Yeti ;) - to take to the tip, which is only just up the road.
Got to the end of the road we're off; the main road going into town absolutely solid traffic - the way we'd be coming back :?
Bit late then to come back, so we went anyway. The tip has a long road leading to it; the queue was almost back to the main road
Never, ever seen it that long - it'd be at least half an hour...and we avoided Monday and Tuesday as we figured it would be busy then.
So we turned round and came back again - in the queue of traffic
Now having that coffee...left the stuff in the boot to try again tomorrow morning

Can we start the day all over again :D

Forecast is for sunny spells and showers. There is hardly any wind so if a shower does develop it could last some time. It is also pretty cold.

When it does start it should be good for swing bowlers from both ends. :D :D :D

Ria, I've tried, many time, to take some back. Butthey don't want them  they get far too many as it is.

But the library in Ourique has an Englishsection, so I'm goingto take a few bags up next time we go :D

We were going out for a drive in the car as it was quite warm and pleasant :D
Plans have changed and we are staying in as it is blowing a hooley and the rain
is lashing down and you can hear things being blown over down the road.
