Hi all - been a v busy week as anticipated with being short staffed at work :| As usual, our shop (IE me, and then Jan tomorrow) bears the brunt....hence a frazzled me by the end of today - I have only worked two days this week but feels like at least twice that! :? Ho hum....'weekend' for me now, and I just remembered I am meeting a friend for coffee tomorrow - hope she's remembered too as not heard from her yet! Oh well, if she does, I'll still be there 8-)

Was my sister's 73rd (!!) birthday yesterday - not seen her in ages but I had a card and a little gift for her, I'd texted her to say we'd pop over for ten minutes after work but they were off out for a meal to a pub close to us - she asked us to join them but in the event we went and had a drink with them and dropped the things off - was a lovely evening and we had a nice half hour or so 8-)

Jen's at work tonight but won't be late home, I've had a large glass of wine and a text chat with Jan who was sent to out main branch today.

Kaz I am so sorry H has cancelled...it's hard for you when this happens, I know but also good to know he is happy :) ((((((((((((((x))))))))))))) Good luck tomorrow with the bloods and ECG, I hope your bruise from the needle doesn't take as long to go as mine! And yours Meri xx

Awww I hope work calms down a bit soon Gal, and have a nice couple of days off :)

I always bruise easily so I expect I will tomorrow, but I'm not squeamish about blood tests so it should be ok ;) Thanks for the hugs :) xxxx
