Thursday's a fast day here ;)
Bb's working late...very late.
So the good news was I could have fish :D

Natural-smoked cod on offer at W/rose.
Frozen chopped spinach in dish in microwave.
Put that in sieve then put fish in dish, with tiny bit of water; cover & microwave.
Fish out, spinach back in, then fish. Chopped/sliced tomato on top, then a small grating of Lancashire cheese.
Back in m/wave for a minute, then under the grill.
Perfect one-person, one-dish dinner :D

Oh and I'll do him an omelette, when he finally gets in ;)
