if a pupil is wearing a short skirt send her home till its rectified

That could be how its going here Saundra.

The girls throughout the school (from Yrs 7 to Yr 11) have had an assembly about it and letters have been sent home. They have to start wearing their skirts longer or the school will either bring in a school skirt (with logo on) which will be the only one they can wear or will ban skirts altogether.

I'm not really that bothered about it - seeing how short some of the girls skirts are (and how tight) I understand why the school are doing it. I would prefer them to ban all skirts rather than make one particular type the only one they are allowed to wear as whatever they go for will be a) a horrible style and b) ridiculously expensive because it will have the logo on.

Afternoon :)
We've had all sorts here today, sun and showers and very windy. Very dark at the moment so presumably another downpour soon.
Been to my new art therapy course this morning, I 'think' I enjoyed it :?
Might go out again in a minute - because I can ;) :D

Personally I'd have loved to be able to wear trousers to school vs a skirt.

My niece (in junior school year 3 I think she is) usually wears a skort equivalent, so knee length shorts that are cut to look like a skirt. Now THAT I do very much like as well

Di, I must have missed it (as I do most things - sorry! :( ) but what does the art therapy involve? It sounds like fun
