What a lovely day

:D :D :D :D

And, thank heavens, what a lovely couple too :D :D :D

We chatted and chatted and chatted, then went for lunch at the Capri, then chatted and chatted

A really lovely and interesting couple of people.

Di - they've just - in the last hour - bought an apartment in Cabanas, which they'll be renting out.

Mates rates maybe? It's just a 2 bed apartment, with 2 bathrooms, but they got a complete bargain at 90,0000 euros, with furniture.   Not got all the bits and bobs you had last time, but there is a pool :D

Wm, I have a mad board I go on, full of ex-pats and other weirdo bods.

This woman contacted me, we chatted on line, we chatted (on the phone) and we met for thr first time today.

She's from Alaska via California, Bavaria, New Zealand and France. He's Irish , via New Zealand and France.

They have both had such an interesting life, both mad, so we get on quite well   ;)

We were helping them find a property or a decent estate agent. She insisted they did not want an apartment.

So that's what they bought.

Like us - we did not want a new build, so that's what we bought.

Both bonkers.
