I'm getting intermittent apache server errors telling me to contact the vv web admin when I post.

I'm guessing there is something in the log as to why this is happening. If I get it again I'll capture the text from the page.

OK just to update here.

it seems to happen just after the post has been accepted and before it is being redirected to the "just posted" page. Pressing F5 recovers and allows me to continue.
