Strictly 3rd Nov

Postby Rodo » 03 Nov 2013, 20:25

Well now, what an awful shame and what a farce this is turning out to be.

Why didn't the judges speak up and do something.

Because they can't Rodo. You give the power to the people and they will do what they want with it.

John Sargeant, Anne Widecombe, Russell Grant, year on year it happens.

Racel wasn't the best, if Sophie and Abby had been in the bottom two that would have been a travesty. But losing Pasha

What do you think they could have done Rodo? The phone vote has to be genuine :)
There's always at least one week, often more, that we all say, oh no, that's not right!
But that's how it works - it was worse when they didn't have the dance-off, at least the judges have some say.

Have to say, have really enjoyed both of the professional dances this weekend :)

Agree with Rodo, it's a farce.

Time to scrap the public vote in favour of a panel of eight VVers, I think .....

And mine Rodo! He's not even funny!

Miasmum did you know already that the divine Kevin is engaged to He Who Should Leave's dancing partner Karen? I'd never have put them together!

Yes I did Fugi, there is clip somewhere of him proposing on stage, I will see if I can find it.

He is nice, but I am still smarting over Pasha going.

There you go

Well we were shocked, what on earth were the voters watching on Saturday

Abbey and Aljaz were our favourites on the night, even more so knowing she's had no dance training. No way should she have been in the bottom two

Discounting Dave because it's a given the comedy act stays around for a while, there were quite a few other couples who qualified to go this week. Even Sophie, who I think has huge potential, was really bad again this week.

Shame about Rachel shell, but overall she's not at all good and has been on borrowed time for the last couple of weeks. I do commiserate on you losing Pasha though, I'll be gutted when Brendan goes

I love Sophie's detached, cool manner when she dances. Sophie's face and attitude reminded me of the dance scene to 'You Never Can Tell' in Pulp Fiction and Uma Thurman's dead-pan look.

I agree Fugi, but it doesn't translate in every dance. Its about time she got a paso or a rumba, she has had a jive, a cha cha, a salsa or it might have been a samba, a charleston. I want to see her quickstep
