Rick Stein's India

It's on a Sunday, but I missed the first part so was watching on iPlayer.
I do like Rick..... he's a little bit eccentric with his poems and his random off-the-wall quotes and his notebook.
However, I like his food and his attitude to the way it is prepared and cooked, especially by locals in their own homes - none of this flaked sea salt and organic garlic rubbish, just use what it there and get on with it. He's looking for the perfect curry, but on the way he is going to come up with all sorts of 'alternatives'.
