They are my second favourite band after the Beach Boys.

They were always good... then came Stevie Nicks. Her and Chrissie took the band to new levels - Tell me lies. Sarah, Rhiannon. Gypsy, The Chain.

It's now on BBC 2.

Rumours, the best album ever.

Oh yes, the "Rumours" LP. Brilliant band, brilliant individual performers at their height - the live rendition of "Tusk" with the Uni. South California Trojan Marching Band was epic .......

....... but still a long way behind "Graceland" for me.

OK, we'll agree to disagree.

I do like Graceland but Pet Sounds will always be my No1.

"God only knows" will be my favourite song forever.

Christine McVey's father was the violin teacher at Don's school St Philip's Grammar and Don remembers him being a very nice friendly man.
His name was Mr Perfect.
