It was, and I hope it helped him to start the grieving process, as he was totally stuck :(

I haven't watched it yet but Rio always comes across as a lovely bloke, so sad what happened to his wife.
Me and Joe were at a game on the day her death was announced and there was a minute's applause, he'd stopped playing for us by then but he's thought very highly of, and even the opposition support all stood and applauded.

I follow him on Instagram and he occasionally puts a very proud photo on of a hairstyle he's mastered, e.g. a plait, on his daughter. Recently he showed off the children dressed for World Book Day.

I'll find the comment about the plaits, it made me smile.

Edit "Morning hair done! Tried the double plaits today....the parting is all over the gaff...fix that up and we are on!! "Daddy, what is this?" "

I found it much easier to watch knowing he has met someone and is in a happier place. Otherwise it was just too sad
