morning all,anyone else having problems accessing this,and itv player as well

I've been having problems with iPlayer for months now. I can watch BBC online but I can't download. As soon as I try to do that my screen goes haywire and everything turns into a strange colour. The best I can describe it is that it looks like a coloured negative. I assume it's something to do with my graphics card but I don't know what to do about it so I just don't bother trying to download or series record.
