Don't mention the word library
Posted: 01 Mar 2013, 16:04I just popped into our big library and picked up a couple of books. Went to check out and it said my card was blocked due to unpaid charges. I got them to look and apparently last year I was a week late renewing or returning 3 books and had £6.30 to pay. I honestly can't believe I did that I have been so careful. Needless to say I paid up, put todays books back on the shelves and have cut my card up. I would rather spend money in a charity shop. On the plus side they did have a book fayre today so I bought two paper backs for 5p each
